About us:

After a summer downpour races down the ridge at Tingira Heights, Tingira Heights Plumbing Co is the licensed local team that gets the call, and we cover the wider Lake Macquarie area. Our plumbers, gasfitters and drainers hold Licence #359278C, with 150+ five-star Google reviews and a 5.0 rating. You get a fixed, up-front quote in writing before any work starts, and that is the price you pay. There is no call-out fee in business hours, and any after-hours loading is quoted before a van leaves. We clear stormwater drains, blocked drains and blocked sewers with drain jetting after a CCTV drain inspection, with tree root removal and no-dig pipe relining. Hot water repair and replacement spans electric, gas, solar and heat pump systems, and we carry out gas fitting, gas appliance installation, gas leak detection and water leak detection. Emergency plumbing, gutter guards, commercial plumbing and strata and real estate plumbing are covered, with tenant access arranged and photo invoices for the owner or agent. A team member picks up 24/7, 365 days; same-day service is offered where the schedule allows. Every job carries a 365-day warranty, so if something we did isn’t right, ring the same number. The suburb sits high and every block tilts toward the lake flats, so the closed-end streets off Mcelwee Drive catch more roof and road runoff than their first pits were sized for. We also work across Mount Hutton, Windale, Jewells, Belmont North, Floraville and Croudace Bay. Ring the team and we will sort it.
