About us:

A braided flexi hose that lets go in an empty house can soak floors before anyone gets home, and in North Lakes those hoses are old enough to fail. North Lakes Plumbing is a locally owned team covering North Lakes and the wider Moreton Bay area, with licensed and insured plumbers, drainers and gasfitters under QBCC No. 15024607, MPAQ membership and 200+ five-star Google reviews. The team is based at 49 Possum Parade, North Lakes, QLD 4509 and takes calls on (07) 3523 6428. You pay no call-out fee, approve a fixed price before we start with no hidden fees, and after-hours work carries no surcharge. On the drainage side we clear blocked drains, blocked sewers and blocked stormwater and run CCTV drain camera inspections, and we repair and replace hot water systems. Emergency plumbing means burst pipes, overflowing toilets, no hot water and gas leaks, while general plumbing means tap repairs, toilet repairs and cisterns, bathroom plumbing, kitchen plumbing and sinks, leak detection and gas fitting. We work 24/7, seven days a week, same-day where we can, and $100 comes off the bill if we’re late. All labour carries our lifetime labour warranty, backed by a Fix-It-or-It’s-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply). Planned from 1999 over former paddocks, the suburb is nearly all houses built since then, so early-2000s storage tanks are past their usual life and first-generation taps are wearing out. With parklands threaded between the lots, fine roots work past the rubber rings in PVC drains long before a blockage shows. We also cover Deception Bay, Rothwell, Mango Hill, Kallangur and Dakabin. Card and EFTPOS on site, and new customers get $60 off, T&Cs apply.
