Description:

Local Teneriffe Blocked Drains is the drain service for Teneriffe and inner Brisbane, working the converted woolstore apartments along Vernon Terrace and Commercial Road and the renovated Queenslanders on Teneriffe Hill. The team is based at 14/42 Walker Avenue, Teneriffe, QLD 4005 and takes calls on (07) 3112 7997. Licensed and insured for plumbing and drainage, QBCC No. 15024607, with 200+ five-star Google reviews. There is a $0 call-out fee, the price is settled before anyone starts, and nights, weekends and public holidays carry no surcharge. We clear sewer lines where sewage is rising through a shower or floor waste, blocked toilets, and blocked stormwater from yard lines, roofwater pipes and overflowing pits. Slow sinks, shower wastes and laundry troughs are cleaned with the electric eel or high-pressure jet blasting, CCTV drain camera inspections show the crack, root mass or offset joint, and drain and pipe repairs are done by dig-up or no-dig relining, priced before work starts. We are on the road 24/7, seven days a week, same-day where we can, and if we are late, $100 comes off the bill. Every job carries a lifetime labour warranty backed by our Fix-It-or-It’s-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply). Water races down the hillside pipes and loses pace on the river flat, where silt settles and the water table sits close to the surface, while some hill Queenslanders still drain through early earthenware and restaurant fat shares lines with residential stacks. We also cover Newstead, Bulimba, Hawthorne, New Farm and Fortitude Valley. Mention $99 off blocked drains when you book, T&Cs apply. Pay by card or EFTPOS on the day; locally owned, not a franchise.
