Description

“Under many an Ashgrove Queenslander the storage tank sits beneath the floor, where damp under-house air and storm runoff rust the base early and shorten the anode’s life. Ashgrove Same Day Hot Water is the licensed hot water team for Ashgrove and the City of Brisbane, holding QBCC No. 15024607 and 200+ five-star Google reviews. Find us at 7/29 Myagah Road, Ashgrove, QLD 4060 or ring (07) 3523 7118 to book. There is a $0 call-out fee, the price is fixed and agreed before we start, and nights, weekends and public holidays cost the same as a weekday. We handle replacement of corroded tanks, installation of new systems for new builds, renovations and relocations sized for the household, no-hot-water callouts and repairs to elements, thermostats, relief valves, pilot and ignition faults and tripped breakers. Solar, electric storage, gas storage, instant continuous flow and heat pump systems are all covered, gas work is done by licensed gasfitters, and we tell you honestly whether the unit is worth repairing. Ask about $220 cashback on installs when booking, T&Cs apply. Available 24/7, answering seven days a week, we offer same-day service where we can. If we’re late, $100 comes off the bill. All labour carries a lifetime labour warranty backed by our Fix-It-or-It’s-Free guarantee. Ashgrove took shape in the 1920s and 1930s as timber houses along the tram route, with post-war homes filling the gaps, and solar has been the popular choice since, so plenty of roofs carry ageing collector arrays above those under-floor tanks, with baked valves the weak point. We also cover Enoggera, Alderley, Newmarket, Red Hill, Bardon and The Gap. Ring us today. Ashgrove Same Day Hot Water, 7/29 Myagah Road, Ashgrove, QLD 4060. Phone (07) 3523 7118.
