Getting stronger after 40 doesn’t require guesswork; it requires a coach. At Alloy Personal Training Edina Southdale, every member trains under the eye of a certified coach in small groups of no more than six, with programs individualized to old injuries, busy schedules, and personal goals. Members begin with a Starting Point Session covering movement assessment, body composition analysis, and goal review, then train two to three times per week with structured, ever-changing programming. Serving Edina, Richfield, Bloomington, and southwest Minneapolis from our York Ave S studio. Founding Membership enrollment is open now with exclusive pre-opening rates.
