About us:

Between Quarry Park and Sedgley Park, mature trees push roots into ageing house drains, and Alderley Same Day Blocked Drains is the licensed drain service clearing them across Alderley and Brisbane’s northside. You’ll find us at 67 Royal Parade, Alderley, QLD 4051, and the number to call is (07) 3523 7146. It is a locally owned plumbing and drainage business, licensed and insured under QBCC No. 15024607 with 200+ five-star Google reviews. The call-out fee is $0, the flat-rate price is agreed before work begins, and nights, weekends and public holidays carry no surcharge. The team clears blocked toilets overflowing at the bowl, blocked sewer lines where sewage is rising through a shower or floor waste, and blocked stormwater in yard lines, roofwater pipes and overflowing pits. Slow sinks, shower wastes and laundry troughs get drain cleaning with the electric eel or high-pressure jet blasting, CCTV drain camera inspections show the crack, root mass or offset joint, and drain and pipe repairs are done by dig-up or no-dig relining with the price settled first. Ring any hour, 24/7, seven days a week, same-day where we can, and if we are late, $100 comes off the bill. Every job carries a lifetime labour warranty, backed by a Fix-It-or-It’s-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply). Alderley is a railway suburb of timber cottages around Hall Street and units near the station, where clay that fed the local brickworks from 1912 to 1987 still swells and shrinks, nudging earthenware joints out of line, and trucks on the warehouse driveways crack the aged pipe beneath. We also cover Stafford, Grange, Newmarket, Ashgrove and Enoggera. Book today, and mention $99 off blocked drains, T&Cs apply.
