Carbondale Middle East LLC provides engineered French drain installation and drainage solutions designed to manage surface water and shallow groundwater effectively. Our French drain systems help redirect excess water away from buildings, foundations, basements, landscaped areas, construction sites, and other critical locations, reducing the risk of water buildup and related structural or site damage.
A French drain typically consists of a properly graded trench, perforated drainage pipe, gravel, and filtration layers. The system collects water and channels it toward a suitable discharge point, helping maintain effective drainage and stable ground conditions. Carbondale designs each French drain system according to the site’s soil conditions, groundwater levels, drainage requirements, and project specifications.
Our French drain services are suitable for both interior and exterior applications, including basement waterproofing, foundation protection, yard drainage, construction excavation, and large-scale commercial or industrial projects. Proper pipe placement, trench grading, slope, gravel selection, and filtration are considered during installation to support consistent water flow and help minimize clogging.
Carbondale begins with a site assessment to evaluate soil conditions, groundwater levels, and drainage requirements. A properly graded trench is then excavated along the planned drainage route. Perforated drainage pipes are installed with the appropriate slope to facilitate efficient water flow. Gravel and filter fabric are added around the drainage system to support filtration and help prevent clogging. Finally, the system is backfilled and the surface is restored for use.
With engineered design, appropriate installation methods, and site-specific planning, French drain systems can provide reliable long-term water management and help protect structures and construction areas from excess groundwater and surface water.
Carbondale provides French drain and dewatering solutions across the UAE and the wider Middle East, supporting residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and construction projects.
