Gronbek Security

Gronbek Security is a Perth based Locksmith Company with 2 locations in Fremantle and Welshpool.  They provide primarily locksmith services including key cutting, replacement and repairs to car keys, safe sales and installation, lock repairs and replacements, mobile service to unlock doors, rekey premises, lock repairs, access control and restricted key systems to commercial, residential, industrial and government work.  The majority of their customer base are existing, long-term customers; roughly 15-30 years with Gronbek. Their business serves about 50% commercial and 50% residential at present. Their priority is the commercial sector but lockouts and rekeys are great high profit work for their apprentices; this is usually residential work. They also provide restricted key systems that involve a lot of repeat work hence why they have high cleint retention.
