Raquel Billings lea is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Raquel has spent decades working across multiple areas of practice, including pediatrics, geriatrics, urgent care, primary care, and hospital-based medicine.
She has practiced in challenging and rigorous healthcare environments alongside highly recognized emergency medicine and primary care physicians in Atlanta. Before establishing her private practice in February 2025, Raquel served as Clinical Director at a well-known healthcare organization, where she successfully managed seven urgent and primary care clinics.
That rewarding leadership experience strengthened Raquel’s passion for offering an alternative approach to healthcare—one that gives patients more time, more attention, and a provider who truly listens. She saw firsthand how many practices are forced into a “get them in, get them out” model due to insurance-driven demands, leaving little room for meaningful, thorough patient care.
