Hot water repair and replacement covers electric, gas, solar and heat pump units, gas fitting, gas appliance installation and gas leak detection are in-house, and water leak detection is covered. Strata and real estate plumbing includes tenant access arranged and photo invoices for the owner or agent, plus gutter guards and commercial plumbing. The team answers the phone 24/7, 365 days a year, and same-day service is available where the schedule allows. There is a 365-day warranty on all work, so if something we did is not right, ring the same number. Lambton grew up around coal mining from 1863, and the miners’ cottages along Morehead Street and Durham Road still drain through brittle earthenware that splits at the joints as the reactive clay and shale underneath shifts. The low streets around Lambton Park sit in the Ker-rai Creek flood catchment, and winter finishes off tired hot water units. We also cover North Lambton, Waratah, Broadmeadow, New Lambton, New Lambton Heights and Wallsend. Book a plumber on the number below.
