About us:

Detached family homes dominate McDowall, so a dead tank is noticed within hours. McDowall Same Day Hot Water covers McDowall and Brisbane’s northside with licensed and insured plumbers and gasfitters, QBCC No. 15024607, and 200+ five-star Google reviews. Find us at 7 Chevalier Street, McDowall, QLD 4053 or ring (07) 3524 7164 to book. Every visit has a $0 call-out fee and a price fixed before work starts, and after-hours, weekend and public holiday jobs cost the same as any other. We attend no hot water callouts, do hot water repairs on elements, thermostats, relief valves, pilot faults and tripped breakers, handle hot water replacement when a cylinder has rusted through, and do hot water installation for new builds, renovations and relocations, sized to the household. Solar and heat pump systems, electric storage, gas storage and continuous flow and instant units are all covered, with gas units fitted by licensed gasfitters and honest advice on repair versus replace. On call 24/7, seven days a week, same-day where we can, and if we are late, $100 comes off the bill. Every job carries our lifetime labour warranty, backed by the Fix-It-or-It’s-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply), and installs come with $220 cashback, mention it when booking. Most housing here dates from the 1980s and 1990s, so replacement tanks fitted near the turn of the century are failing today, and 62.6 per cent of homes have four or more bedrooms that work a tank hard. We also cover Bridgeman Downs, Aspley, Chermside West, Stafford Heights, Everton Park, Everton Hills, Bunya and Albany Creek. Locally owned, not a franchise, card and EFTPOS accepted. Ring us for a fixed quote.
