About us:
Old septic tanks still sit under lawns in The Gap, and The Gap Plumber knows what to expect when one surfaces. The team is based at 9 Stonehawke Place, The Gap, QLD 4061 and takes calls on (07) 3523 6428. We are a locally owned plumbing and gasfitting business serving The Gap and the City of Brisbane, from the Waterworks Road shops to the streets backing Mount Coot-tha. Licensed and insured plumbers, drainers and gasfitters work under QBCC No. 15024607, we are MPAQ members, with 200+ five-star Google reviews. A $0 call-out fee applies to every visit, the full figure is agreed in writing first, no hidden fees, and after-hours work costs no extra. Emergency plumbing is burst pipes, overflowing toilets, no hot water and gas leaks. General plumbing is tap repairs, toilet repairs and cisterns, bathroom plumbing, kitchen plumbing and sinks, leak detection and gas fitting. Drainage is blocked drains, blocked sewers, blocked stormwater and CCTV drain camera inspections, and hot water is repairs and full system replacements. We attend 24/7, seven days a week, same-day where we can, and if we’re late, $100 comes off the bill. All labour carries our lifetime labour warranty, backed by a Fix-It-or-It’s-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply). Family homes filled the valley through the 1960s and 1970s, and where their original drains are glazed clay, eucalypt roots and grit washed off the granite slopes work into every joint, while the first cold nights of winter expose worn solar tanks. We also cover Keperra, Enoggera, Ashgrove, Bardon and Upper Kedron. Card and EFTPOS on site, and mention $80 off a tap replacement when booking, T&Cs apply.
